These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of dfcgroup.ae and any services you book from DFC Cleaning Services ("DFC", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Services we provide
DFC Cleaning Services provides cleaning, maid, handyman, plumbing, AC maintenance, electrical, pest control, and related home maintenance services across the United Arab Emirates.
Booking and confirmation
- Bookings are made through WhatsApp or our contact form.
- A booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge it in writing on WhatsApp with the agreed date, time, and price.
- We may decline a booking if it falls outside our coverage or capacity.
Pricing and payment
- We provide a transparent quote on WhatsApp before any work begins.
- Prices may vary based on scope, location, materials, and access conditions.
- Payment is due after the service is delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and other methods notified in advance.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking by messaging us at least 4 hours before the agreed start time, free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance may incur a fee to cover scheduling.
- Repeated no-shows may result in advance-payment requirements for future bookings.
Access to premises
- You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time.
- You will inform us of any hazards, sensitive items, or special access requirements ahead of the booking.
- If our team cannot access the premises at the agreed time, a callout fee may apply.
Customer responsibilities
- Secure valuables, sensitive documents, and irreplaceable items before our team arrives.
- Ensure pets are managed appropriately during the service.
- Inform us promptly if you're dissatisfied with any aspect of the service.
Damage and liability
- We carry reasonable insurance for the work we perform.
- Claims for damage must be raised within 48 hours of service completion, with supporting evidence.
- Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the price paid for that service, except where local law mandates otherwise.
Limitations
- We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
- We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the agreed scope.
Intellectual property
The website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of DFC Cleaning Services or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate in which the service is provided. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that Emirate.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
